We specialize in premium handbags designed for style, function, and daily use. Every item is brand new and shipped directly to you.
3. What materials are used in your handbags?
Our bags are crafted from a variety of quality materials, including vegan leather, canvas, and durable synthetics. Designs may feature reinforced stitching, lined interiors, and premium hardware for long-lasting performance.
4. Where do you ship?
We currently ship only within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.
5. How much is shipping?
Shipping is completely free on all U.S. orders — no minimum required.
6. How long does delivery take?
- Processing Time: 1-2 business days
- Transit Time: 8-10 business days (Monday to Friday)
- Order Cut-Off Time: 4:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time
- Estimated Delivery: 9-12 business days total
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
7. Do you provide tracking?
Yes! You’ll receive tracking information via email within 48 hours after your order ships so you can monitor its delivery.
8. Can I change or cancel my order?
- Before shipping: Yes. Contact us right away for changes or cancellations.
- After shipping: Orders can’t be canceled, but you can request a return once the item arrives.
9. What’s your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for both defective and non-defective products.
Return Conditions
- Item must be unused and in its original packaging
- Final sale items and gift cards are non-returnable
- Contact us at Support@auracarry.online to begin your return. We’ll send a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.
10. Is return shipping free?
Yes, return shipping is completely free. A prepaid label will be emailed to you or may be included in your package. Didn’t get one? Just reach out.
11. Do you charge a restocking fee?
No, we never charge restocking fees.
12. When will I get my refund?
Refunds are typically issued within 30 business days of receiving and inspecting your return.
Note: If the item is used or not in original condition (and it's not our error), a partial refund may apply.
13. What if my item is damaged or defective?
Let us know within 14 days of delivery, and we’ll offer a free replacement or full refund — no extra cost to you.

15. Will I get an order confirmation?

If your order seems lost or is delayed beyond normal timeframes, please contact us at support@auracary.online and we’ll investigate and resolve it — including offering a replacement or refund if needed.
