At Auracarry, your satisfaction means everything to us. If you’re not happy with your purchase, we make returns easy and stress-free for all U.S. customers.

 

1. Return Eligibility

  • Accepted: Yes — we accept returns for both defective and non-defective items.
  • Return Window: Within 14 days of delivery.
  • Item Condition: Must be unused, in original packaging, and include all parts/accessories.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards

2. How to Start a Return
To request a return, email us at Support@auracarry.online within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please include

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you want to return
  • The reason for return

Once approved, we’ll send you a Return Authorization (RA) Number — please write this clearly on the outside of your return package.

3. Return Shipping Label

  • We include a prepaid return label in your original package when possible.
  • Didn’t get it or lost it? No problem — just email us and we’ll send a new one.

4. Exchanges
Received the wrong, damaged, or defective item?
We’ll replace it at no cost to you. Just email Support@auracarry.online with your order details and a photo if possible.

5. Restocking Fees

  • We do not charge any restocking fees.

6. U.S. Orders Only
Our return policy applies to orders shipped within the United States only.
